Nancy has overseen COV’s program expansion to wraparound services targeting specific vulnerable populations such as girls and women, those with disabilities, and ethnic minorities. During her tenure, she has successfully expanded the Board of Directors, increased the number and capacity of both the US and Vietnam staff, and advanced its communications strategies. She has also developed key partnerships and collaborations with a range of foundations, corporations, and nonprofits in Vietnam and the U.S. whose missions and goals align with COV. Prior to her current role, Nancy joined COV as a Board Member for five years before being asked to become Executive Director and COV’s first US-based employee in 2010. Nancy graduated with a Bachelor of Science from the University of Virginia. She worked as a Director of Development for several nonprofits in the United States and established a grant writing consultancy before joining COV. She lives in Charlottesville, VA with her family and dog Toby.
