Our 2nd Culinary Cook-Along launches on January 24, 2021! Be a part of the food and virtual fun www.culinarycookalong.org. Donors will receive a shopping list, recipes, an exclusive viewing link, and a special gift pack for this upcoming Vietnamese food celebration! Chef Hue Chan, a Danang native and renowned owner of the Open Table in Santa Fe, NM, will show guests how to prepare delicious food that serves as a cultural bridge between Vietnam and the United States. Tickets to the Culinary Cook-Along make an excellent holiday gift experience for your friends and family who love food.
In 2020, we launched an innovative virtual fundraiser in response to the COVID-19 pandemic called the Culinary Cook-Along! We cooked and prepared a special menu with all of those who tuned into our special live broadcast. During the show, with distinguished Chef Don McMillan of Winston-Salem, NC, our Executive Director Nancy Letteri and Culinary Cook-Along creator Bev Wilson shared our story while Chef McMillan coached the at home guests who created an Asian-style stir-fry of tasty pork loin or tofu dinner with cocktail and dessert. We raised over $50,000 that is providing essential care to vulnerable children!
