Desta is recognized as a global corporate responsibility leader with expertise in supply chain sustainability, trade, labor laws, policies, and issues. She has led impactful initiatives across multiple sectors and currently directs Sephora Americas sustainability efforts. Desta’s career has allowed her to travel to Vietnam regularly, and previously she served as the Executive Director of the American Chamber of Commerce in Hanoi.
