Lan is a dedicated development practitioner with over four years of experience in program management within the NGO sector. She holds a Master’s degree in Development Studies from Chiang Mai University, Thailand, where her research explored the socio-cultural and economic value of traditional hand-weaving among the Co Tu people. With a strong background in inclusive development, Lan has led livelihood diversification initiatives, facilitated capacity-building workshops, and strengthened multi-stakeholder collaboration. She is committed to working alongside Children of Vietnam to empower underprivileged communities through participatory and sustainable approaches.
