As a Vietnamese orphan, Lyn was adopted and grew up in Tennessee with her biological sisters. After a conversation during a Tết celebration at the Vietnamese Ambassador’s residence in Washington, D.C., Lyn began supporting the Children of Vietnam’s marketing committee. After a year, she joined the board in the Spring of 2020. She is passionate about supporting and helping children in Vietnam reach their full potential—like her adopted family has done for her. She brings a wealth of communication and marketing expertise from the public and private sectors. She earned a master’s degree in international relations from Lancaster University in the U.K. and a bachelor’s in journalism and electronic media from the University of Tennessee.
