Thuat graduated from Da Nang University, majoring in Cultural Studies. His family was a beneficiary of COV programs including his award of a COV University Scholarship. After graduating, he joined the COV team in 2017. Thuat helps manage the Empowering Foundation for Women & Their Children (EFWC) program and the Education Initiative.
