Nia Silgardo joins Children of Vietnam after exposure to the organization through a consulting project she spearheaded while completing her MBA at the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College. Currently, Nia works in asset management in New York as an Associate at Neuberger Berman. Prior to this, she worked in investment banking at Goldman Sachs within the Financial Institutions Group. Nia has developed a passion for helping those in need after many years of experience volunteering with non-profits, including the Women’s Auxiliary Foundation at SickKids Hospital in Toronto, where she grew up.
