Having received support from COV for over 11 years through the Study Steps and Bright Scholars programs, Vi gained a deep understanding of the programs’ impact on Vietnamese children and university students. After graduating with a degree in Human Resource Management, she joined COV as a Program Assistant. In this role, Vi draws on her own experiences to support current students and is committed to building meaningful connections within the community.
